Here is a dope monday fix for all of you dreaming about the weekend that was. Jörg Finckbein aka Finckobot runs musicblog Brrrln, a weekly radio show on Sonett77 and if that wasn’t enough he tops it off with a DJ residency at the club Cockaigne at Scala, Berlin. He put together a mix for his radioshow and it features old goldies aswell as some new tunes not many have had the pleasure of hearing before. 
Brian Atwood cast 55-year-old Rene Russo to sex his SS09 Footwear Ad Campaign up with Jon Kortajarena (Jon is even Tom Fords campaign model of choice). The scenes were shot by Tony Duran over a period of two days at Russo's home, and are being collected in a limited-edition book, Role Play Rene, for Atwood to pass out. See all the pictures here.
Geoff McFetridge did the hand-drawn title sequencing for the upcoming October 16 release of “Where The Wild Things Are.” He is a graphic designer and visual artist based in Los Angeles. In 1996, Geoff established Champion Graphics, his own graphic design studio in Atwater, California.
Marc Johns has a book of his Serious Drawings coming out in April. I’m a big fan of Marc’s drawings and his dry sense of humor, so sign me up! On his blog he writes the following: "I'm so excited to announce that a book of my drawings is being published and will be released in April. Yes, that's next month! It's 144 pages, full colour, hard cover. It's being published by teNeues, the venerable art, architecture, and photography book publisher. Serious Drawings is how I've unofficially labeled my work for a while now, and seems like a pretty good title."

Karen Walker is best known for her obsession-worthy dresses, pants, and blazers, but the cult designer apparently has a sense of humor. 
Swedish Graphic Designer, Marc Strömberg, takes creativity to a new level when making the third issue of the magazine Tare Lugnt. The first issue was a classic one made on plain paper, the second issue were printed on big pink posters, and the third issue is a tattoo... on the designer himself. This is what I call an eye catching way of making a magazine! No word yet on what they’ll do for issue four...
