Glow in the Dark - Brilliant!

Spring 2009 issue of V Magazin brings us a special cover page that glows in the dark. The cover features Natalia Vodianova and actor Lukes Grimes, photographed by Mario Testino. A layer of UV gloss covers the front to make it glow in the dark. So cool!

John Rawlings 1921-1970

With over 200 Vogue and Glamour covers to his credit and 30,000 photos in archive, John Rawlings (1921-1970) immortalized the era in which American fashion and style truly came into their own. During his three-decade affiliation with Conde Nast, Rawlings’s work paralleled his publishers’ and editors’ efforts to reformat and expand the power and scope of the fashion press.

Summer is just around the corner

Six Scents

A new, interesting collection of perfumes named Six Scents came out of fertile cooperation of the houses of Symrise, Metaproject and Seven New York. It gathered perfumers and artists with an aim to present a fragrant scale, contemporary view of creativity, culture, awareness and collecting.

The collection encompasses six fragrances, each created by one of the following artists: Alexandre Herchovitch, Bernhard Willhelm, Cosmic Wonder, Gareth Pugh, Jeremy Scott and Preen. They presented themselves with their work by shaping this collection and dedicating it to "Designers Against Aids - DAA". The whole series of fragrances is intended for collecting money for charities.

Six Scents collection includes the perfumes:

1. Alexandre Herchcovitch: Urban Tropicalia
2. Bernhard Willhelm: Wicken 3000
3. Cosmic Wonder: Spirit of Wood
4. Gareth Pugh: Diagonal
5. Jeremy Scott: Illicit Sex
6. Preen: Teen Spirit Six
